- Student registration is intended primarily for full time K-12, undergraduate and graduate students.
- Visa Requests. If you require a Visa and/or letter of invitation, please contact Meena Hwang at meena-at-ocwconsortium-dot-org as soon as possible. Information on Visa requirements can be found on the U.S. State Department website. You will most likely require a B-1/B-2 Visa if you are not covered by the Visa Waiver Program.
Refund Policy:
Requests for cancellations, substitutions or other changes may be made online until April 22, 2011. To cancel or make a change after April 22, 2011, please send email to mura-at-mit-dot-edu.
Refunds for cancellations received in writing on or before April 22, 2011 will be granted less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after that date. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. All refunds will be made in US dollars and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted. Credit card refunds will be issued to the card that was used to make the original payment.
