Refund Policy:
Requests for cancellations, substitutions or other changes may be made by sending an email to conference@ocwconsortium.org.
Refunds for cancellations received in writing on or before April 2, 2012 will be granted less a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be granted after that date. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. All refunds will be made by check or wire transfer in US dollars or Great Britain Pounds, according to the currency used to make the payment.
